Chronology - Then and Now

1926

Company is founded by Alois FRITSCH in Wiese, a town in what is now the Czech Republic. Development and manufacture of agricultural machines and equipment.

1948

Company re-established in Markt Einersheim following events of the Second World War.

1952

Manufacture of machines and complete systems for bakeries and confectioners.

1956

Alois FRITSCH invents the automatic reversing gear;
this heralds the beginning of the international success of the ROLLFIX dough sheeting lines.

1967

Teilfix, a dough dividing machine for bread dough, is introduced to the market and marks a significant breakthrough in bread production processes for small bakeries.

1970

Production of lines and components for industrial bakeries begins.

1979

Development of the FRITSCH satellite head for laminated dough makeup lines allows for the gentlest possible reduction of dough sheets and thus opens a new era in industrial dough processing.

1986

FRITSCH develops special systems for the discharging of fats and provides successful new industrial systems for the manufacture of especially sophisticated products like buttered croissants, etc.

1987

FRITSCH continues with the company's ongoing development of a modular concept for industrial production lines. Special lines for processing thin dough, croissants, scones, vol-au-vents, pig's ears, twisted sticks, and many more.

1997

FRITSCH GmbH is certified according to the international quality standards rating DIN EN ISO 9001.

1998

FRITSCH is awarded the Bayerischen Qualitätspreis, a prize granted for excellence in matters of quality by the State of Bavaria.

2000

FRITSCH introduces its new ideas for the production of pretzels to the market, thus laying the cornerstone for the company's continued success in the new millennium.

2001

FRITSCH celebrates the company's 75 years of successful business.

2002

FRITSCH debuts its new machine concept "MULTILINE", a remarkably space-saving solution for the dough sheeting of the most varied dough types.

2003

FRITSCH GmbH is certified according to the international quality standards rating DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

2006

FRITSCH will present at iba 2006 the latest models of the FRITSCH dough sheeting machines: the FRITSCH ROLLFIX 300 und 600.
