The ends of the pretzel cords were thought to be too delicate; and the task of setting the machine's grasp to just the right degree of firmness seemed far too difficult. At least until FRITSCH astonished the experts with the development of its pretzel twister. Today you can produce more than 2,000 pretzels per hour with the FRITSCH MULTITWIST. And it still never fails to draw a crowd of curious onlookers when we demonstrate it.
