The FRITSCH MULTILINE comes to the rescue in situations where bakers are dependent on high-quality and uninterrupted production of dough sheets -- and yet, for reasons of space and economics, are not quite ready to deploy the heavy guns of an industrial laminated dough makeup line.

In respect to its state-of-the-art technology, the MULTILINE is every bit the equal of its industrial siblings: its sheeting unit, like that of its bigger brothers and sisters, is comprised of a satellite head, a cross roller unit and a calibrating head. This combination treats the dough with especially great care, retaining the desired pore structure beneath consistently formed surfaces -- even where soft, natural dough is concerned. Moreover, this is how it achieves such great precision in surface weight over the area of the dough sheet.

The MULTILINE shows its flexibility from the very beginning, namely, during the loading operation: in addition to dough blocks, you can also feed dough from troughs or form a dough sheet from a FRITSCH dough sheeter -- between 100 and 800 kg per hour.

Nor is the MULTILINE choosy when it comes to dough types. It handles with great finesse all the different dough types, ranging from those for topped and puffed pastries and croissants to the yeast, wheat and rye varieties. Its draft and dust free drive system is under constant surveillance by infrared sensors and an intelligent dough loop control device.

Once you've found the optimal settings for your particular products, you will of course want to use them again. That's why the MULTILINE will allow you at the push of a button to call up as many as 50 product programs with all their attendant settings, from roller and flour duster speeds to the settings of the roller gaps. The integrated pilot function allows you to control the course of the program.
