IMPRESSA donut - The industrial donut line


Perfect donuts require a fine and consistent pore structure in the cake batter. Therefore we punch them out of a stress-free sheet of dough made with SoftProcessing ©-Technology. This method results in a stress-free product with a very fine pore structure also enabling us to produce pastry in virtually any size.

We also have the ability to produce a multitude of forms using on a single donut line. These forms include the classical ring formed donut, Long Johns, twisted variants, and doughnuts with and without jelly filling. Since the risk of adhesion is significantly lower when using the OneStep©-Punching-Technology as opposed to roller cutting the amount of flower spread is reduced. This technology can be easily applied to push out the whole of the donut, often referred to as the "Munchkin," for further processing with the donut line.
