By using an advanced laminating technology FRITSCH IMPRESSA toast achieve a high degree of pore structure consistency. Not only do we achieve perfect forming but also high quality workmanship. This is due to the fact that we start with precision cut dough "sheets," that are rolled up to form an exact cylinder and then cut using the 4-piece-method followed by careful positioning in the bake forms.

FRITSCH IMPRESSA toast are designed to remain in production 24-hours a day without intermediate cleaning. This results in a noticeable increase in your production.
