The company has put together special training events to introduce new service personnel to the FRITSCH product line and to keep veteran service staff informed about the latest developments in the field of baking technology.
Such a training event took place in spring 2010 and was attended by FRITSCH service personnel from all over the world.
The comprehensive program included the dough sheeting unit, the FRITSCH ROLLFIX, the two pastry makers, EASYLINE and EUROLINE, the multi-functional MULTILINE and MULTICUT, and the high-performance pretzel line, the MULTITWIST.
Some of the participants, like the Americans and the Japanese, came from quite far away.
It was definitely worth the effort, though: "I feel perfectly well prepared and up-to-date in respect to the latest bakery line technology," said one participant. -- And FRITSCH customers will be glad to hear it.
