Not even the best description can replace first hand experience. That's why we offer our customers the FRITSCH Technology Center, a fully-equipped bakery for the production of bakey products with high-quality baking technology and bakery technology where they can try their hands at our machines and systems, develop and test new baked products, review their product range strategies, or optimize the manufacturing processes for their baked products.

The FRITSCH Technology Center(FTC) is just like an exceptionally well-equipped manufacturing site for the production of baked products. Joined together and comprising a total area of 3,000 m² are all the machines and lines necessary for the test arrangements of a modern bakery. These range from the industrial cold storage unit to the completely-equipped laminated dough makeup line with various dough sheeters, from fermentation systems to freezers and ovens - Baking technology state-of-the-art. Also placed at the disposal of our customers and visitors are the many other machines designed for specific applications (among others, a pizza line with a fermentation tunnel, a fully-automated line for rolls and bread, and a fully-automatic pretzel line).
